Sales Manager (Data Center M&E)

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and manage business opportunities for data centre M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) solutions and services across Southeast Asia.

• Identify, engage, and develop potential customers, and understand their business and technical requirements.

• Work with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to develop suitable solutions and support the sales process through proposal, negotiation, and contract award.

• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers, business partners, and relevant industry stakeholders.

• Monitor market developments, customer needs, and industry trends in the Southeast Asian data centre sector, and provide insights to support business development strategies.

• Support sales activities including presentations, tenders, quotations, and commercial discussions as required.

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and smooth transition from sales to project delivery.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or a related field.

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

• Relevant experience or knowledge in IT/ICT infrastructure, data centre solutions, M&E services, or related technical solutions.

• Experience working with customers or projects across Southeast Asia will be an advantage.

• Ability to understand customer requirements and work effectively with technical, pre-sales, and delivery teams.
