Project Manager – Civil & Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end civil and infrastructure projects Develop project schedules, method statements, and resource plans.

• Oversee site operations, subcontractors, and construction activities.

• Manage project budgets, cost control, and variation claims.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities.

• Ensure compliance with WSH, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (or related).

• 8–10 years’ experience in civil/infrastructure projects.

• Strong knowledge of Singapore construction regulations.

• Experience in team and subcontractor management.

• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office.

Preferred

• Experience in large infrastructure/sewerage/tunneling/airport projects.

• Familiarity with PUB, LTA, BCA requirements.

• Strong cost control and contract administration skills.
