5 days Assistant Product Engineer (NPI) up to $3500

Assistant Product Engineer (NPI) Salary: $2,800 – $3,500 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM Location: Joo Koon

Job Responsibilities:

• Support new product introduction (NPI) and ongoing product development activities

• Assist in improving manufacturing and production processes for better efficiency and quality

• Collaborate with engineers and production operators to test, validate, and enhance products

• Perform regular machine checks and coordinate preventive maintenance activities

• Inspect tools and equipment, and report any abnormalities or defects

• Ensure products meet required quality standards and specifications

• Support First Article (FA) builds and prepare related documentation and reports

• Troubleshoot equipment and process-related issues to minimize downtime

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and achieve project targets

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering or a related field

• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment

• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Understanding of production processes, quality control, or NPI is an advantage

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Able to work independently and perform under pressure

• Good communication and teamwork abilities
