Infrastructure Security Engineer

We are looking for a Security Engineer to join our Infrastructure Security team, supporting the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of cybersecurity and IT infrastructure solutions on the ground. The role goes beyond server-level security — you'll oversee network and infrastructure security (including Cisco networking and IBM Guardium), working closely with internal teams, customers, and vendors to ensure secure and reliable systems. Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support cybersecurity solutions such as CyberArk, Tenable, Tripwire, IBM Guardium, and DevSecOps security tools.

• Oversee and support on-ground network infrastructure, including Cisco networking environments, as part of a broader infra-focused (not just server-focused) security scope.

• Perform POCs, system integration, upgrades, and troubleshooting for security solutions.

• Support and troubleshoot Windows, VMware, networking, and firewall environments.

• Assist with vulnerability management, security hardening, access control, and compliance activities.

• Contribute to infrastructure implementation planning and roadmap discussions, supporting the team's forward-looking initiatives for the current infrastructure.

• Provide technical support during pre-sales and post-sales activities.

• Work with vendors and technical teams to resolve security and infrastructure issues.

• Prepare technical documentation and provide technical training to customers and internal teams.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in IT Infrastructure / Security Engineering.

• Experience with cybersecurity solutions, particularly CyberArk (PAM) and Tenable (Vulnerability Management); exposure to IBM Guardium is a plus.

• Solid hands-on experience with Cisco networking and broader network infrastructure, beyond server-level administration.

• Good understanding of security hardening, vulnerability management, and compliance.

• Hands-on experience with Windows, VMware, networking, and firewalls.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

• Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as Security+, SSCP, or CDE are advantageous.
