AI Hub is an enterprise-focused intelligent document processing platform that provides agentic extraction and end-to-end automation for complex business processes. It goes beyond document extraction to understand unstructured information, orchestrate multi-step workflows, connect AI with business logic and enterprise systems, and power reliable, agent-driven work with the oversight, traceability, and operational controls enterprises require.

The Role

We are hiring Software Engineers for our India team who will focus considerably on AI Hub and help drive key technical investments across the platform. Engineers will work on product experiences for configuring, running, and reviewing AI workflows; backend services and APIs; AI model and agent orchestration; data and distributed processing systems; evaluation and human review; enterprise integrations; and production reliability. They will have opportunities to own meaningful capabilities from design through deployment and iteration while advancing the technical foundations behind complex, production-scale AI workflows.

What you’ll do:

• Build and ship end-to-end product experiences. Move fast and be empowered to make product and design decisions. You will start contributing to our codebase during your first week, and grow ownership rapidly.

• Design and ship features to production across frontend, backend services, APIs, data models, AI-powered workflows, and supporting infrastructure. You will evaluate new technologies to fit our needs.

• Write high quality / well-tested production code and improve usability, reliability, observability, scalability, security, and performance.

• Own clearly scoped products and features through their full lifecycle: understand user problem, shape experience, implementation, deployment, and iteration on user behavior / feedback.

• Collaborate with other engineers, product designers, and product managers to drive new features and applications from ideation to implementation to production.

About you:

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD program in Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Applied Mathematics, Computer Engineering, or a degree in a related field. Preferred graduation date after May 2024.

• (Preferred) 1-2 Industry experience building and shipping production software across the stack—frontend, backend systems, data models, AI workflows, and infrastructure.

• Strong computer-science fundamentals and software-engineering proficiency: Experience with one or more of the following languages and technologies: Python, Go, React, and REST APIs. A solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, API design, data modeling, testing, debugging, concurrency, and practical software-design concepts.

• AI-Assisted Development: You have experience using AI-assisted development tools and strong intuition for where they are effective, where they can fail, and how emerging capabilities can create new product and engineering opportunities. You critically review generated code and recommendations, test them independently, and remain accountable for every change you ship.

• You are curious, collaborative, and comfortable learning in motion. You communicate clearly, work with low ego across engineering and non-engineering teams, navigate ambiguity, break problems into manageable milestones, ask for guidance when appropriate, and bring a bias toward action, experimentation, continuous learning, and measurable outcomes.
