- Security Platform Administration: Hands-on maintenance, health monitoring, onboarding, and configuration of core security tools (Palo Alto Firewalls, CyberArk PAM, Carbon Black EDR, and Cloudflare WAF/DDoS).
- Enterprise Network Security: A deep understanding of TCP/IP, routing, NAT, VLANs, and network segmentation to keep traffic secure and properly routed.
- Security Operations & Hardening: Managing patches, upgrades, backup restorations, change controls, and ensuring continuous audit readiness.
- Operational Support & Incident Handling: Assisting with log analysis, root cause investigations, and SOP documentation when security events occur.
