Responsibilities

  • Define product outlook, roadmap, and success metrics for high-impact GDM research initiatives, translating complex innovation into enterprise and commercial solutions.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from incubation to launch, collaborating cross-functionally with GDM and Cloud teams to define opportunities, requirements, and priorities.
  • Secure leadership buy-in and cross-functional alignment by converting product strategy and articulating the strategic business and societal impact of your portfolio.
  • Drive product delivery by mediating challenges, optimizing resource allocation, and harmonizing processes to track performance and scale product quality.
  • Act as the primary subject matter expert for your domain, providing decisive guidance to internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive and responsible product execution.

Qualifications Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences, Bioengineering, a related quantitative/technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in product management, technical product management, or software engineering, including leading products through the full development lifecycle.
  • 3 years of experience leading cross-functional technical projects from concept through production launch, partnering across engineering, research, or external stakeholders.
  • Experience leading any one production AI/LLM product through lifecycle evaluation, testing, or benchmark deployment.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience directly engaging enterprise, government, or academic users to translate domain challenges into product requirements.
  • Experience designing or deploying multi-agent systems, LLM-based agents, or autonomous multi-step reasoning frameworks in production.
  • Track record of building self-improving quality frameworks or automated meta-agent orchestration models.
