Staff UX Program Manager, Knowledge and Information

You will join our multi-disciplinary UX team, collaborating with Engineering and Product Management, to create industry-leading products based on user insights.

As a UX Program Manager, you will combine expert project management with a passion for user experience to improve the design of products used by billions. Your role is to plan projects, define milestones, assess risks, create actionable insights, and ensure deadlines are met. You will harmonize the work of various UX disciplines and cross-functional partners to drive team objectives and create innovative experiences.

As a UX Program Manager (UX Programs & Operations) in HUE Futures, you will combine strategic thinking, exceptional portfolio management skills, a passion for user experience, and impeccable collaboration practices to guide teams toward deeper understanding of—and purposeful action related to— the next generation of users and technology. You’ll harmonize the work of UX Designers, Researchers, UX Engineers, while working closely with cross-functional Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, Strategy partners (and more), to drive the organization's highest priority objectives and create innovative experiences for our business, products, and users. You’ll set the stage and a highly collaborative tone for key programs and initiatives: steering strategies, developing detailed project plans, defining milestones, assessing risks, creating actionability, with a keen eye toward manifesting tangible impacts, all while maintaining an exceptional quality bar and creating visibility & understanding across core working teammates and cross-organization stakeholders. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $188000 - $274000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

• Drive the vision for operational excellence across UX teams to deliver the highest level of trust-building and strategic counsel across large-scale, high impact projects, while driving strong collaborative relationships with appropriate stakeholders across program work.

• Develop program roadmaps and establish user-centered project goals in line with long-term objectives.

• Oversee critical efforts for broader or cross-functional projects, programs, and strategies.

• Advocate for the establishment of key UX metrics that drive a culture of user-centered development across a wide range of program work.

• Manage large, complex programs while turning chaos into an efficient organization.

Qualifications Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 8 years of experience managing and scaling UX related programs.

• 8 years of experience driving operational efforts across organizations.

• Experience with UX disciplines and user-centered development tools and methodologies.

• Experience analyzing data and leveraging insights to develop solutions.

• Experience with the velocity/productivity of teams, products, and systems, and integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with the product development lifecycle.

• Knowledge of industry wide technology trends and issues.

• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly across different audiences and varying levels of the organization.
