  • Configure and support ArcGIS Enterprise components, including ArcGIS Server, Portal for ArcGIS and ArcGIS Pro.
  • Publish and maintain GIS services, feature services, geoprocessing services, web maps and scene layers.
  • Develop 2D and 3D mapping, visualisation and spatial-analysis solutions.
  • Perform spatial data conversion, migration, validation and geodatabase administration.
  • Integrate GIS platforms with enterprise applications, databases, cloud services and third-party systems through secure APIs and services.
  • Create reusable GIS components, APIs and widgets using ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript.

  • Strong software development experience in C# and modern .NET, including ASP.NET Core, REST APIs and web services.
  • Proficiency in Python scripting for geoprocessing, automation and data-processing workflows.
  • Experience with enterprise spatial databases such as PostgreSQL/PostGIS, Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle Spatial, including spatial modelling, query optimisation and performance tuning.
  • Experience developing and supporting 2D and 3D GIS solutions, including scene layers, Scene Viewer or ArcGIS 3D Analyst.
  • Experience with source control, code review, testing, troubleshooting and secure software-development practices.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Knowledge of remote sensing, image processing, geospatial AI or machine-learning applications.
  • Experience with ArcGIS Utility Network, ArcGIS GeoEvent Server or ArcGIS Knowledge.
  • Experience delivering GIS solutions in cloud or government cloud environments.
  • Exposure to government, land administration, utilities, transportation, smart cities, environmental, natural-resources or infrastructure programmes.
