About our team The merchant acquisition and incubation team in TikTok Shop UK's primary objective is to mass attract and onboard sellers and incubate them to certain levels through scaling means. We are looking for an incentive/campaign ops to support seller growth. This role is suited for a program coordinator or operations professional with experience managing daily processes, collaborating across teams, and using data to drive improvements.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. About the role: We are looking for a highly motivated Growth Program intern to support strategic growth initiatives and operational excellence across seller programs. This role will work cross-functionally to plan, execute, and optimize business initiatives that drive ecosystem growth, operational efficiency, and seller success. The ideal candidate is analytical, execution-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the planning and execution of growth initiatives and operational programs, ensuring high-quality delivery and continuous optimisation.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate program implementation, align priorities, and resolve execution challenges.
  • Monitor program performance, analyze key metrics, and generate actionable insights to improve business outcomes.
  • Support the design and optimisation of scalable operational processes and growth mechanisms.
  • Translate business objectives into structured execution plans and track progress against defined milestones.
  • Develop clear documentation, operational guidelines, and stakeholder communications.
  • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and operational excellence.
  • Ensure programs comply with internal governance, policies, and operational standards.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Undergraduate in Data Science, Business, Economics, Marketing or a related discipline.
  • Experience in user growth, gamification, or related products in e-commerce.
  • Highly detail-oriented and practical, with a passion for execution and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills to convey program value effectively.
  • Strong logical thinking, capable of high-quality goal breakdown and priority assessment.
  • Independent and capable, with strong communication and coordination skills, result-oriented, highly motivated, self-driven, and able to handle a certain stress level.
  • Hands-on and execution-oriented, with a pragmatic mindset and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to solve problems and deliver results.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, creator economy, or internet platforms.
  • Familiarity with growth strategies, lifecycle management, operational excellence, or business process optimization.
  • Experience using SQL, Tableau, Excel, or other data analysis tools.
  • Experience conducting experiments (e.g., A/B testing) and leveraging data to improve business performance.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders across product, operations, strategy, and commercial teams.
