Responsibilities

• Supporting the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to screening and engaging top-tier technical talent.
• Assisting with talent mapping and market research to provide actionable insights that support business objectives and growth.
• Optimizing recruitment processes and supporting new initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborating with cross-functional and regional teams to gain a deep understanding of business needs and talent strategy.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications

• Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Human Resource or a related discipline.
• Enthusiastic about talent acquisition and organizational development in the tech space.
• Knowledgeable about the internet/tech industry, with previous experience or internship in talent acquisition being highly valued.
• A proactive and collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working with others.
