Site Engineer (Geotechnical / Ground Improvement / Construction)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Plan, supervise, and monitor daily site activities according to project schedules and specifications.

• Track site progress, resolve site issues, and ensure projects are completed on time.

• Review site conditions and soil investigation reports to support construction planning.

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including site reports, progress reports, and QA/QC records.

• Ensure compliance with project requirements, quality standards, and Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations.

• Monitor the usage of materials, equipment, and site resources to support cost control.

• Provide technical support and conduct regular site inspections.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Experience or knowledge in geotechnical engineering, foundation works, or ground engineering is an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD.

• Good communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
