Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with software engineers and cross-functional teams to understand objectives related to development efficiency and system resiliency. Translate business goals into actionable technical capabilities and best practices.

• Technical Assessment & Analysis

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ existing technical landscapes, workflows, and processes. Identify inefficiencies, pain points, and gaps that hinder performance and scalability.

• Solution Design & Best Practices

• Collaborate with clients to identify relevant engineering practices (e.g., CI/CD, SRE). Recommend appropriate use of Core Engineering Products tailored to business needs and industry standards.

• Roadmap Development

• Design and deliver transition roadmaps outlining the journey from current state to desired future state. Include tool adoption strategies and process improvements.

• Communication & Advisory

• Simplify and explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders. Provide actionable recommendations and supporting diagrams to improve workflows.

• Proof of Concept (POC) Support

• Assist clients with POC initiatives to validate solutions. Provide hands-on support during early-stage implementation and scaling.

• Team Collaboration

• Work closely with fellow software engineers to share tools, scripts, and insights. Foster a collaborative culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in an individual contributor software engineering role

• Strong experience with Node.js and TypeScript

• Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform:

• AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

• Experience building cron jobs and batch processing scripts

• Experience working with streaming data systems

• Proven track record in delivering large-scale partner solutions, especially in enterprise environments
