IT Engineer up to $3500 (Tampines)

IT Engineer $3000 - $3500 8:30am - 5:30pm (Mon to Fri), 9am - 1230pm (Alt Sat) Tampines Job Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure including servers, computers, networks, cloud services, and backup systems.

• Provide technical support to users and clients on hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.

• Manage user accounts, email systems, access permissions, and system security.

• Monitor system performance, backups, and cybersecurity measures to ensure smooth operations.

• Perform software installation, system upgrades, data migration, and preventive maintenance.

• Support IT projects and work closely with internal teams, clients, and vendors.

• Maintain IT documentation, asset records, and service reports.

• Provide basic IT guidance and training to users when required.

• Perform on-site support, after-hours support, and ad hoc duties when required.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

• Experience in IT support, system administration, or infrastructure management.

• Good knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, cloud services, and cybersecurity.

• Experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

• Familiar with virtualization, firewall, VPN, and endpoint security will be an advantage.

• Good communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.

• Able to work independently and as a team.

• Willing to travel to client sites when required.
