1 year contract HRIS Business analyst - BWY

• Lead the analysis, implementation, enhancement, and integration of HRIS solutions within a banking and financial services environment.

• Manage HRIS projects, including system migrations, upgrades, data conversion, and ensuring data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance.

• Develop HRIS reports and analytics to support workforce planning, compensation, and strategic HR decision-making.

• Provide system support, user training, and collaborate with internal stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to resolve issues and optimize system performance.

• Drive HRIS process improvements, automation initiatives, and ensure solutions remain aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field

• Knowledge of leading HRIS platforms (e.g. Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors) would be an advantage

• Expertise in regulatory compliance, data security, and risk management would be an advantage
