What’s Encouraged Daily:
- Serve as the primary onsite engineering interface for enabler and customer validation and qualification engagements.
- Build and sustain trusted relationships to ensure specification and test requirements are clearly understood and met.
- Align Micron test strategies and plans with joint validation expectations from key enablers and customers.
- Proactively identify and drive improvements to Micron customer validation and qualification processes.
- Develop and deliver technical content for customer‑facing and internal presentations.
- Partner across teams to identify, assess, and mitigate customer validation and qualification risks.
- Support enabler and customer sample bring‑up, ensuring delivered solutions meet defined expectations and requirements.
- Optimize the memory SI through modifying the BIOS setting, and compile it to test.
- Lead technical debug and root cause analysis efforts, providing clear, timely communication to stakeholders and customers.
- Create and maintain customer validation reports and shared documentation repositories.
- Educate Micron development and validation teams on customer qualification processes and critical customer requirements.
- Communicate issues, risks, and insights to engineering, planning, and marketing teams to enable informed decision‑making.
- Coordinate and facilitate technical meetings, including status updates, issue reviews, and resolution discussions.
- Using AI to have better data analysis or work efficiency
How to Qualify:
- BSEE / BSCE or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in DRAM Product, Design, Validation, or related engineering subject areas.
- Excellent time management, problem solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working with and driving multi-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience with Memory Reference Code (MRC) review / integration and debug BIOS
- Capable of using Logic Analyzer and Oscope for the memory related issue
- Familiarity with x86 and/or ARM platforms
- Experience with memory initialization, training, bring‑up, or debug strongly preferred

- A strong, dedicated personality who can work as an advocate for enabler & customer validation needs with the internal engineering & business teams.
- Able to relay technical information to and from enablers and customers, verbally and in writing, at a professional level.
- Demonstrated discernment to understand and communicate enabler & customer impacts and tradeoffs.
- Demonstrated Program Management experience a plus.
- Cloud/Hyperscale/Graphics ecosystem enabler and/or customer experience is a plus.
- Experience with Semiconductor manufacturing a plus.
