Finance Manager $8,000 - $10,000 Pioneer Mon - Fri, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Job Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

• Prepare financial reports and oversee month-end/year-end closing.

• Manage cash flow, cost accounting, and manufacturing cost analysis.

• Oversee AP, AR, Payroll, and daily finance operations.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.

• Coordinate audits, tax filings, and government grant applications.

• Strengthen internal controls and manage financial risks.

• Lead and develop the finance team.

• Support business decisions through financial analysis and strategic planning.

• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

• CPA, ACCA, MBA, or equivalent is an advantage

• Minimum 7 years of finance & accounting experience, including managerial experience

• At least 4 years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment

• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cost accounting

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills

• Experience with audits, tax matters, and government grants is an advantage
