📍 Location: Raffles Place (Maybank Tower) 💰 Salary: Up to $5,000/month 📅 Contract: 12 months (Completion Bonus only) 🏠 Hybrid: Fixed Work From Home every Friday 👩‍💼 Report directly to a supportive Finance Manager in a lean finance team of 2. What You'll Be Doing 📊 Financial Accounting & Month-End

• Support month-end closing activities

• Handle Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable

• Process inter-company expense allocations

• Credit control and follow-up on aged debts

• Manage staff claims via SAP Concur and support users

💳 Reconciliations & Financial Control

• Bank reconciliations

• Income reconciliations

• DBS corporate card reconciliations

📑 Audit & Compliance

• Support annual audit and tax matters

• Maintain proper accounting documentation

• Ensure compliance with finance policies and controls

⚙️ Systems & Process Improvement

• Administer SAP Concur system and reporting

• Recommend and implement process improvements

• Ensure finance data accuracy across systems

📌 Other Duties

• Office administration backup during leave coverage

• Ad-hoc finance and administrative duties

• Support Singapore Finance Manager and UK Finance Controller
