Join our dynamic team as a Prematch Trading Ops Specialist, where you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our sportsbook offerings. This position is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for sports, eager to influence the seamless operation of prematch trading activities.

What the role involves

  • Research and validate entity data using internal and external sources to ensure event results are input accurately for timely client payouts
  • Settle markets promptly and accurately, resolving discrepancies and managing the manual resettlement of events where feed and internal rule mismatches occur
  • Resolve customer service inquiries independently or in collaboration with senior staff and the offer team
  • Generate incident reports for potential regulatory complaints and provide additional information as needed
  • Communicate proactively with the offer team on customer requests for new events or special markets
  • Manage and check sports fixtures across platforms, ensuring accuracy and synchronisation with data feeds, and maintain comprehensive, up-to-date event information
  • Monitor and adjust pre-match feeds, templates, and print offerings for consistency and quality, working closely with providers and developers to resolve fixture-related issues

What we are looking for

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluent English
  • Fluent/native-level Portuguese (Brazil) language skills
  • Passion for sports and knowledge about sports
  • A keen learner who is always striving to improve
  • Proven experience in sportsbook operations or a similar role
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using sports betting platforms and tools, such as Bet Radar
