]]> About the role What you’ll do
- Create static and animated ad creatives like banners, posts, reels, short videos for Meta (FB+IG), Google Display, TikTok, Reddit (and occasionally Snapchat), optimised per format and audience
- Actively contribute to creative ideation and brainstorming for new campaigns and angles
- Maintain brand consistency across all paid platforms using our design system and tone-of-voice guidelines
- Spend ~20% of your time on other design tasks, such as CRM visuals, website updates, or internal design projects
- Design and iterate on landing page sections and conversion-focused UI elements (banners, hero visuals, CTA blocks)
Your focus will shift per week depending on campaigns and priorities, you won’t be doing everything at once.
Who you are
- Currently studying Graphic Design, Communication Design, Marketing, or a related field
- You have a strong eye for design and basic understanding of what drives engagement or conversion
- Figma experience is required; Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus. Experience with AI image generation tools is an advantage
- Motion basics are a plus: simple animations in After Effects, Premier Pro, CapCut
- You understand that good-looking ≠ high-converting, and you’re curious about the difference
- Comfortable working with feedback loops: you iterate quickly without getting precious about the work
- Bonus: affinity with fintech, crypto, or digital products
