5 days Mechanical Engineer up to $6500 (Woodlands)

Mechanical Engineer Salary: $3,500 – $6,500 Location: Woodlands Working Hours: 9am - 6pm (Mon to Fri) Benefit: AWS, Bonus, AL, Birthday Leave, Flexible Benefit

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and improve mechanical components and equipment

• Support product development, including design, testing, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning

• Perform equipment testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair

• Analyze equipment performance and recommend improvements

• Prepare technical drawings, documentation, and reports

• Coordinate with project teams, engineers, vendors, and customers to ensure successful project execution

• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards

• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline

• Around 2 years of relevant mechanical engineering experience, preferably in the semiconductor or industrial equipment industry

• Proficient in CAD software; knowledge of CAM, MATLAB, or LabVIEW is an advantage

• Able to read and prepare mechanical drawings

• Experience in equipment troubleshooting and repair is preferred

• Experience with semiconductor equipment or die bonder processes is an advantage

• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
