The Opportunity

• Our Client is a Global Semicon MNC industry

• They are currently looking Project Program Management

• Location: Upper Changi

• 6 month contract (renewable)

The Talent

• Min Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering or any relevant field of studies

• 2 to 3 years of experience in project coordination and PMO support

• Understand of project management methodologies - Waterfall, Agile or Hybrid

• Experienced with tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, MS Project, Smartsheet

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

The Job

• Assist PM in planning, executing and closing projects

• Handle project activities, meeting and workshops with other teams

• Maintain and track project schedules, plan and status report

• Prepare meeting agendas, document minutes, and follow up on actions

• Support resource planning and ensure project tasks are completed

• Facilitate communication among stakeholders and project team members

• Manage and support change request management and project audits
