Job Summary You will design, develop, and maintain AI-driven workflows and integrations, collaborating with architects and engineers to deliver secure, scalable enterprise AI solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end AI, software, and automation workflows to meet enterprise needs

• Develop and maintain AI solution integrations with enterprise systems using APIs, MCP, and related frameworks

• Collaborate with architects to define solution approaches and partner with software engineers for seamless system integration

• Enhance and maintain user interfaces to improve usability and support continuous improvement

• Design hybrid solutions combining backend, frontend, large language models (LLM), prompting, and robotic process automation (RPA) for human-in-the-loop workflows

• Maintain middleware components including single sign-on (SSO), authentication, and authorization mechanisms

• Monitor production AI solutions by tracking KPIs and proactively resolving performance and reliability issues

• Implement security best practices, establish fallback and backup strategies, and mitigate risks in AI deployments

• Continuously enhance existing solutions by integrating relevant AI capabilities across enterprise, consumer, IT, network, and corporate functions domains

• Support and optimize marketplace recommender systems by integrating updated offers and business rules smoothly

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve production pipelines, backend and frontend applications, and AI services for reliability, performance, and scalability

• Stay current with AI and agentic AI advancements and conduct applied research to enrich internal capabilities

• Apply software engineering standards including modular code design, reproducibility, and rigorous testing

• Address novel problems requiring research and development to create innovative AI solutions

• Balance process and approval management with project timelines to ensure timely delivery

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field

• 3-5 years of experience developing and deploying software and AI solutions, including exposure to agentic AI frameworks

• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript/Node.js, and SQL for software development

• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph

• Knowledge of LLM integration and orchestration techniques

• Experience in prompt engineering for AI models

• Skilled in API development and integration, including RESTful, gRPC, and MCP protocols

• Familiarity with middleware systems including SSO and access control protocols like OAuth2 and JWT

• Experience with version control systems such as GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket

• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform

• Passion for applied research and development to advance AI capabilities and innovate production solutions

• Strong problem-solving skills demonstrated through effective collaboration across cross-functional teams

• Experience building secure, enterprise-grade system integrations
