Avaloq Business Analyst (Contract)

Avaloq Business Analyst (10+ Years Experience) 12 months contract - Renewable We are seeking an experienced Avaloq Business Analyst with over 10 years of experience in private banking and wealth management technology environments. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving requirements gathering, solution design, system enhancements, and regulatory change initiatives within the Avaloq core banking platform. Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Avaloq-related projects and change requests.

• Translate business needs into functional specifications and collaborate with Avaloq developers and architects on solution design.

• Lead workshops with business users, operations, compliance, and technology teams.

• Perform impact assessments, gap analysis, and process optimization across banking operations.

• Support Avaloq modules including Client Management, Portfolio Management, Payments, Corporate Actions, Wealth Management, and Compliance.

• Coordinate SIT, UAT, and production implementation activities.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational governance standards.

• Manage stakeholder communications, project documentation, and change management activities.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of Business Analysis experience, with at least 5 years working on the Avaloq platform.

• Strong understanding of private banking and wealth management products and processes.

• Experience in Avaloq parameterization, functional design, and release management.

• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience working with global banking institutions and cross-functional teams is highly desirable.
