Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to manage and support enterprise IT infrastructure across multiple U.S. branch offices. This role is responsible for ensuring stable, secure, and compliant IT operations while leading infrastructure projects, audit readiness, and system improvements in alignment with corporate and HQ governance standards.
Responsibilities:
Infrastructure & Support
- Provide escalation-level infrastructure and end-user support across US branch offices, coordinating remote troubleshooting and vendor/engineer dispatches as needed.
- Assist in managing IT assets, maintenance contracts, vendor communications, and operational inventory.
Virtualization & Systems Operation
- Operate and maintain VMware-based virtual infrastructure (vSphere on Cisco UCS / VxRail environments), including VM provisioning, basic monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Support VMware Horizon VDI environments and virtual desktop user onboarding.
System & Cloud Administration
- Administer Windows Server and Linux operating systems, including day-to-day operations for Active Directory, Exchange, WSUS, and basic MS SQL Server maintenance.
- Manage Microsoft 365 tenant environments, including user lifecycle management (onboarding/offboarding), licensing, role-based access control, and basic security configurations.
Backup & Monitoring
- Monitor enterprise backup and recovery infrastructure (Avamar / Data Domain) to ensure daily backup integrity and execute routine restore tests.
- Utilize monitoring and logging platforms (Zabbix, Elastic Stack) to maintain system visibility and proactively address technical issues.
Audit & Governance Support
- Assist in preparing evidence, collecting logs, and documenting procedures for internal and HQ-led IT audits.
- Maintain technical documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Collaboration
- Collaborate with HQ IT teams and local stakeholders to ensure daily operations align with corporate IT standards.
Qualifications:
Education & Language
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or a related technical field.
- Fluent in Korean and English (spoken and written) is required to coordinate with global HQ and local branch offices.
Experience
- 2 to 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or technical support operations.
- Prior experience working in a Korean company or fast-paced corporate environment is a plus.
Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience operating Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Practical experience with VMware vSphere or similar virtualized infrastructure.
- Exposure to enterprise backup solutions (e.g., Avamar, Data Domain) and system monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Elastic Stack).
- Basic understanding of Linux server administration and networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, Subnets).
- Familiarity with supporting IT audit preparation and technical documentation is preferred.
Soft Skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a high eager-to-learn mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and strong service-oriented attitude for interacting with users and HQ teams.

Pay Range $85,000—$130,000 USD
