QA Engineer (Semiconductor)

📍 Work Location: Kaki Bukit, Singapore 🕘Work Hour: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm (5 days) 💰 Salary: Commensurate with experience | AWS + Variable Bonus Job Description

• Develop and maintain quality control processes across production lines

• Carry out incoming, in-process, and final inspections of materials and finished products

• Manage non-conformance reports, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions

• Work with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and improve yield

• Monitor quality metrics, process capability, and defect trends

• Support internal, external, and certification audits including ISO 9001

• Maintain quality documentation, inspection standards, and work instructions

• Support supplier quality management and incoming material inspections

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean or Six Sigma projects

• Track and report on quality performance to support ongoing process improvements

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of quality assurance experience in semiconductor, precision engineering, or related manufacturing industries

• Hands-on experience with NCR, RCA, and CAPA processes

• Familiar with ISO 9001 quality management systems and standards

• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and inspection documents

• Experience with supplier quality management is an advantage

• Six Sigma or Lean certification is a plus
