Quality Inspector (Night Shift)

Benefits:

• Gross, $3000, $2100 Basic

• Meal/Transport/Attendance allowance $200

• 12 hours Day shift allowance = $12 per day ; Night shift allowance = $24 per day

• Gross before OT: Minimum $2803 (day) - $2971 (night)

• 4-3-3-4 shift (7am - 7pm, 7pm - 7am)

Job Responsibilities:

• Check and verify raw materials, components (e.g., PCBs, semiconductors, connectors) against specifications before production.

• Monitor production lines to ensure assembly processes (soldering, SMT, wiring) meet quality standards and identify defects early.

• Perform functional tests, visual inspections, and reliability checks on finished electronic products before shipment.

• Record inspection results, maintain quality records, and generate reports on defects, non-conformance, and corrective actions.

• Ensure products meet industry standards (e.g., ISO, IPC), support audits, and collaborate with teams to improve quality processes and reduce defects.
