Business Development Manager up to $6000 (5 days, Jurong)

Business Development Manager Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 9am – 6pm Salary: $5,000 – $6,000 Location: Jurong

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and industrial customers

• Maintain good customer relationships

• Grow sales in electronics, semiconductor, electroplating, and recycling industries

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations

• Manage sales process from enquiry to closing

• Work with internal departments to support customers

• Lead business development team to achieve targets

• Monitor market and industry trends

• Ensure compliance with company procedures

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience

• Experience in industrial, recycling, or related industry preferred

• Experience in new customer acquisition and closing sales

• Leadership experience preferred

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Able to understand customer needs and business operations
