Project Manager (ACMV) Salary: $6000 - $9000 Working Hours: 9am - 6pm (Mon-Fri), 9am - 1pm (Alternate Sat) Location: Kaki Bukit

Job Scope

• Manage ACMV / HVAC projects from planning to completion

• Oversee project schedule, manpower, budget, and site progress

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams

• Supervise ACMV installation works including VRV, VRF, and CHWP systems

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards

• Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with regulations

• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues

• Prepare project reports and update management on progress

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

• Minimum 10 years of ACMV / HVAC project experience

• Strong knowledge of HVAC installation and maintenance

• Familiar with VRV, VRF, CHWP, and ACMV systems

• Able to read technical drawings and use project management software

• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills

• Able to work independently and solve problems effectively

• Familiar with workplace safety regulations and industry standards
