5 days Full Set Accounts Executive up to $4000

Full Set Accounts Executive Salary: $3,500 – $4,000 Location: Bugis Working Hours: 9am - 6pm (Mon to Fri)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts for multiple clients, including GST submissions

• Perform accurate and timely data entry into accounting system

• Maintain financial schedules (Fixed Assets, Prepayments, Accruals, Loans)

• Carry out bank reconciliations and ensure balance sheet accuracy

• Assist in corporate tax computations and ensure tax compliance

• Prepare and review financial reports to ensure accuracy and consistency

• Process invoicing and ad-hoc financial transactions

• Support audit process by preparing documents and liaising with auditors

• Perform general accounting and administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field

• Prior experience in accounting firm preferred

• Strong knowledge of GST and corporate tax regulations

• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software

• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail

• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines

• Good teamwork and communication skills
